Telstra are increasing their Pre-Paid Mobile Rates effective April 13th this year. Telstra Pre Paid will increase call connection costs by almost 20%. With the standard national voice call rate for calls to any Australian fixed or mobile for each 30 second block or part, increasing from 39 cents to 40 cents.
Telstra advises that any special discounts or bonuses that are unique to your pre-paid offer will not be affected by the changes.

Costs for the 12456 Call Connect and 1234 services will also increase to 80c per minute (charged per second).
