Telstra Wireless Broadband Plan Changes

Telstra wireless broadband plans will no longer charge 25c per MB ($256 per gigabyte_ when you exceed your download/upload data quota.

Telstra also said its entry-level plan would now include 400 megabytes replacing the current amd measly 200 for $29.95. Speeds would be shaped to 64 kilobits per second

A 3 gigabyte plan was also introduced at a cost of $49.95, while the 5 gigabyte plan was replaced by a 6 gigabyte plan.

No changes would be made to wireless mobile plans or data packs, but business plans were under review. The spokesman said details would be announced “in the next few days”.
